Scott Schwartz

Senior Relationship Manager

Scott is a relationship manager of the firm, responsible for plan investment reviews, employee educational meetings, and one-on-one investment consultations.  He has been in the retirement services industry since 1994, and holds the Investment Adviser Representative license (Series 65).  Prior to joining Spectrum, Scott’s work experiences focused on a broad array of retirement roles including record keeping, relationship management, and the creation and delivery of educational materials.  Scott is a Board Member of Wisconsin Retirement Plan Professionals Ltd. (WRPPL) and a member of the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA).

Scott is married with two children and lives in Brown Deer, WI. Outside of the office he spends his time pursuing competitive endeavors on the golf course, via road races, and on the basketball and volleyball court.  Especially important to Scott is his commitment to raising funds and awareness for individuals and families affected by autism. This dedication led to the creation of Dylan’s Run in 2001, a non-profit event that raised dollars to fund research and provide programs specifically for persons in southeastern Wisconsin.

NAPA was created by and for retirement plan advisors and is the only advocacy group exclusively focused on the issues that matter to retirement plan advisors.
